01Acceptance of terms
By using DigiFee Mitra to look up or pay school fees, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please contact the School office to pay fees by an alternative method.
02About the portal
DigiFee Mitra is an official online portal of Lotus International School that lets a parent or guardian check a student's fee status and pay outstanding fees online. It is provided as a convenience alongside, not a replacement for, the School's office records.
03Accurate information
The admission number and mobile number used for lookup should belong to the student concerned. Please contact the School office if you are unsure of these details, rather than guessing repeated combinations.
04Fee amounts & payments
The amount due shown on the portal is fetched securely from the School's records at the time of your visit and is locked server-side before checkout — it cannot be edited through the page or a shared link.
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Once a payment is confirmed by Razorpay and verified by our server, it is reflected against the student's fee record; this may take a short time to appear.
05Failed or duplicate payments
Occasionally a payment may fail after the amount has been debited, or the same fee may be paid more than once. Please see our Refund Policy for how these situations are handled.
06Service availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The portal may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control, including outages at our payment or hosting providers.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access another student's fee record without authorisation, interfere with the portal's normal operation, or use automated tools to query the lookup service.
08Limitation of liability
The School and the portal's operators are not liable for delays, losses or inconvenience arising from issues with your bank, network connectivity, or the payment gateway that are outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from use of the portal is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pathankot, Punjab.
10Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the portal after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
