1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lotus International School Fee Payment Portal ("this portal"), made available by Lotus International School, located near Chhotu Nath Mandir, Taragarh Road, Dinanagar. By accessing this portal to check or pay school fees, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this portal and contact the school office directly.

2Purpose of This Portal

This portal allows parents and guardians to:

• Look up a student's outstanding fee balance using their admission number and registered mobile number.
• Make fee payments online through a licensed, RBI-authorised payment gateway, once this feature is activated.

This portal is an extension of the school's administrative services and is not a separate commercial entity.

3Eligibility & Accurate Information

You may use this portal only on behalf of a student currently or formerly enrolled at Lotus International School. You agree to provide accurate, current admission and mobile number details. The school is not responsible for failed lookups or payment errors resulting from incorrect information entered by you.

4Fee Payments

Fee amounts displayed on this portal are based on the school's official fee records at the time of lookup. In case of any discrepancy between the amount shown online and the school's records, the school's official records shall prevail.

Once online payments are live, all payments will be processed through a third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateway (such as Razorpay). The school does not directly handle or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials at any point.

5Payment Confirmation

A payment will be considered successful only upon confirmation from the payment gateway and reflection in the school's fee records. In case a payment is deducted from your account but not reflected as successful on this portal, please retain your transaction reference/receipt and contact the school office promptly for reconciliation.

6No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Access

While we aim to keep this portal available and accurate, the school does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. The portal may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond the school's control. In such cases, please use the school office for fee payment.

7Limitation of Liability

The school shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this portal, including delays, technical errors, or third-party payment gateway issues, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8Privacy

Your use of this portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your information.

9Refunds & Cancellations

Any refund or cancellation of an online fee payment is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time, particularly as online payment features are activated. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of this portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurdaspur, Punjab.
